The commitment to produce any high quality product comes from love and constant dedication. It goes through the passion of generations and years of experience that is handed down from father to son. We are the owners but especially the custodians of a unique and wonderful world. When we look at the thousands olive trees planted centuries ago by our ancestors we feel their passion their love for our land. For every secular plant that still today creates that wonderful product we would like to say thanks to them. For this olive oil that today is our well-being we would like to say a prayer thanking them. We are aware of being a link in a long chain of love and passion.
We want to continue to apply what we have been taught by our ancestors, appreciating the technological innovations, but looking to the past to project the future. We have been and will always be only manufacturers with the responsibility of protecting our environment from one system that ruins,debases and pollutes the nature for maximizing the profits but finally kills us.
